What this means
Certificates available upon request means that certificate documentation can be requested for an order, and that the documentation provided will be the documentation that applies to that order. It does not mean that every certificate a buyer can name is held, that a certificate covers every model, or that a certificate applies to a particular unit without a matching statement. A buyer who needs certificate documentation should request it through the inquiry page, stating the transmission model code and the quantity, and should ask for the scope of each document and the method by which each document is matched to the units in the order to be confirmed in writing.
What this page does not publish
This page does not publish certificate names, certificate numbers, issuers, scopes, or validity periods. Those details are order-specific, and publishing a general list would invite a buyer to assume that a document covers a unit it does not cover. This site applies the same restraint to the certified rebuilt transmissions page, which explains the questions a buyer should ask rather than publishing a certificate claim. A buyer should not treat the absence of a published list as a statement that no documentation exists, and should not treat a general statement about certification as a substitute for an order-specific confirmation.
How to request certificates
A certificate request should state the transmission model code, the quantity, and the destination, and should ask four questions: what certificate documentation can be provided for this order, what scope does each document cover, how is each document matched to the units in the order, and what test data and quality inspection record accompanies each unit alongside any certificate documentation. The request should also confirm the commercial points for the order, including the warranty terms, the packing, the trade terms, and the payment terms, before payment. Please confirm all certificate points in writing before payment, and do not proceed on the assumption that documentation will follow after payment if it has not been confirmed before payment.
